Understanding Markets

Types of Esports Betting Markets at pusi88

Compared to traditional sports, esports markets are more detailed because each match has its own unique game mechanics. Below are the main market types available at pusi88.

Match Winner

The simplest market — pick the team you expect to win a match. A good starting point for those new to esports betting at pusi88.

Map Handicap

The stronger team is given a negative handicap. This market brings the odds between two teams of different levels closer together, offering better betting value.

Over/Under (Totals)

Bet on whether the total number of maps, kills or specific objectives will exceed or fall below the number set by pusi88 for a given match.

Live Betting

Place bets while a match is in progress. Odds shift in real time as the game develops, creating opportunities that change as play unfolds.

Pre-Match Betting

Make your decision calmly before the match begins. You have time to review team statistics and analyse recent performance before locking in your bet.

Tournament Winner

Pick the team that will win an entire tournament such as MPL, MDL or The International. Odds are generally higher due to the greater risk involved.

Esports Betting Tips for pusi88 Players

Esports betting differs from conventional sports. Here are some practical pointers that can help you make better decisions.

Check the latest player roster. Esports depends heavily on individuals. Roster changes or a player in strong form can significantly shift the outcome of a match.
Follow the current game meta. Each patch update can shift the balance of power between heroes, agents or weapons. Teams that adapt quickly to a new meta tend to have an edge.
Note performance across Bo1, Bo3 and Bo5 formats. Some teams perform better in longer series than in single-game matches. This matters when choosing the right market.
Set a clear betting budget. Decide on the amount you are willing to spend before you start. Do not chase losses by raising your bet size sharply.

Watch matches live. Watching for yourself helps you understand a team's playstyle more deeply than reading statistics alone.
Understand RTP and odds properly. RTP (Return to Player) is a general concept that explains expected returns. In esports, understanding value in odds matters more than simply picking your favourite team.
Diversify your betting markets. Don't focus on just one market. Combining match winners with map handicaps can give your bets more balanced value.
Make use of the pusi88 Betting Tips section. pusi88 provides analysis and betting tips updated regularly to help players make decisions based on the latest information.
